Ýmir is a very talented and exiting 4 gaited gelding. Great project for someone looking for a 4 gaiter for V1 and T2. He will also be great for T2.
His gaits are clean and well separated with really good quality in the ground gaits and always clean best in tölt. He’s quit simple in training and fun to ride and needs rider to take him further in his training. My feeling is that he will be ready already this season and can just improve then more and more by time.
Ýmir is after the unique horse Vákur frá Vatnsenda. Vákur is a 🥇 prize stallion that was very successful in sport both in V1 and T1. He has received 9,0 for all gaits (w/o pace) in FIZO except 8,5 for canter and 9,5 for spirit! Ýmirs mother is a great 🥇 prize mare. She’s the daughter of Ás frá Ármóti and has give great offspring’s. For example the full brother of Ýmir, Erró frá Ármóti that also for 9,0 for tölt, trot, galop, spirit, general impression and walk!
Ýmir is a perfect horse for someone that wants to build up their own 4 gaiter. The price is super fair for his quality and I’m sure he will make his new owner very happy 😃
